Elements

“I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way-things I had no words for.”-Georgia O’Keeffee

Designing is a complex process that requires the designer to sew together thoughts, inspiration, and emotion. A designer takes the elements, and basic principles of construction, and alters them to become a reflection of personal aesthetic and the self.  In this collection, I use shape and structure to convey the methods through which designers manipulate the most ordinary and standard elements of creation to fabricate pieces that have unique feelings, impacts, and visual appeals.
